Monthly Council Budget Monitoring Report: Month 6

The CABINET of Hillingdon Council approved the revenue and capital budget monitoring positions and treasury management update as at September 2025, and financial recommendations on 20/11/2025. Councillor Martin Goddard was removed as a voting Member of the Shareholder Committee and Councillor Eddie Lavery was appointed as a voting Member.

Minor Property Transactions - Academy Lease for Pinn River School, Eastcote

The CABINET of Hillingdon Council approved the granting of a 125-year lease for Pinn River School on 20/11/2025. The decision was to grant the lease on standard terms to the Eden Academy Trust, subject to Department for Education approval for the closure of Grangewood School and the opening of Pinn River. The lease arrangement allows the council to retain land ownership while enabling the school to operate independently.

West London Waste Plan Regulation 18 Consultation - Policy Framework

The CABINET of Hillingdon Council approved the Regulation 18 consultation on the Draft West London Waste Plan on 20/11/2025. Authority was delegated to the Director of Planning and Sustainable Growth to make minor modifications to the draft Plan before consultation launch. The outcome of the consultation will be reported back to Cabinet in 2026.
