...the Council approved the Annual Scrutiny Report 2024/25, the Food Law and Health and Safety Service Plan 2025/26, the Housing Damp & Condensation Policy 2025-2030, the Housing Recharges Policy 2025-2030, the Home Adaptations for Council Housing Policy 2025-2030, the Housing Compensation Policy 2025-2030, the Housing Allocations Policy 2025-2030 (subject to review of the Equality Impact Assessment), and the Housing Complaints Policy for 2025-2030, while deferring the Hate Crime Policy for further work on its Equality Impact Assessment, and also received responses to questions regarding the Food Law and Health and Safety Enforcement Service Plan 2025-26.
