The Licensing Act 2003 Sub-Committee is scheduled to convene to review the premises licence for BlackStar Bar & Grill, following an application for review. The sub-committee will hear evidence and consider representations before determining whether to modify, suspend, or revoke the licence, or take no action. The meeting may also exclude the press and public from part of the meeting.

The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest was scheduled to meet on 11 December 2025, to discuss several matters including a motion to support national gambling reform, the local council tax support scheme, and proposed fees and charges for the upcoming financial year. Application for a premises licence; Good Day Lounge, 801 Lea Bridge Road, Walthamstow, E17 9DS, Licensing Act 2003 Sub-Committee - Tuesday, 25th November, 2025 10.00 am

The Licensing Act 2003 Sub-Committee convened to consider an application for a premises licence for Good Day Lounge. The committee decided to grant the application in full, deeming it appropriate for the promotion of licensing objectives[^2]. The decision can be appealed within 21 days to Thames Magistrates Court.
