...to designate a selected area of West Northamptonshire as subject to Additional HMO Licensing for five years, effective from February 24, 2025, for certain HMOs containing three or four occupiers in two or more households, including specific self-contained flats and section 257 HMOs.

...to receive and approve the Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education (SACRE) annual report for publication to schools to improve religious education and collective worship.

...to note findings on Northamptonshire Partnership Homes' (NPH) performance, approve revised governance arrangements between the Council and NPH, and acknowledge the Council will be delivering large-scale social housing developments in the future.

...to approve the Affordable Homes Delivery Plan, delegating final changes to the Director of Communities & Opportunities in consultation with relevant parties before its launch.

...to authorise the disposal of several sites, including Former Bolton House, Ridgeway House, land at Dallington Grange, a brownfield site, part of the Riverside Resource Centre, Welford Pocket Park, and Stonepit Open Space, with specific conditions for some disposals.
