...the Final Revenue and Capital Budget for 2026-27 was approved, including an estimated net revenue budget of £1024.4m, an average Band D Council Tax of £1,959.40 (a 4.95% increase), proposed fees and charges (excluding car parking charges for Daventry, Towcester, and Brackley), a Dedicated Schools Grant budget of £560m, Capital Strategy additions, Capital Pipeline proposals, the Medium-Term Financial Strategy, the Flexible use of Capital Receipts Strategy, the Treasury Management Strategy, and authorised borrowing limits.

...endorsed the latest version of its outline work programme, with additions including a report on serious drug-related and knife crime and a report on the outcomes of an independent review following a Court of Appeal judgement against Northamptonshire Police.

...to approve the minutes of the November 27, 2025 meeting and the December 4, 2025 meeting, with a specific amendment to the latter regarding the Police, Fire and Crime Panel's work programme.

...to endorse the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire’s proposed Police precept for 2026/27.
