...the Cabinet noted the contents of the Northamptonshire SACRE Annual Report 2024/2025, approved its publication, and approved the adoption of the SACRE Model Code of Conduct to be reflected in the Constitution, with complaint determinations handled by the Council’s Monitoring Officer in consultation with an Independent Member.

...to receive the Northamptonshire Safeguarding Adults Board's annual report for 2024-2025 and note its findings, fulfilling a duty under the Care Act 2014 and providing assurance on safeguarding activities across West Northamptonshire and the county.
