The Council of Sutton Council decided to approve recommendations on 14/07/2025. The council noted the outcome of the by-election held on 22 May 2025 in Carshalton South and Clockhouse ward and noted there was no impact on the allocation of seats.

The Council, Strategy and Resources Committee approved recommendations on 14/07/2025 regarding the Quarter 4 Outturn 2024/25. The committee noted the general fund revenue outturn underspend of £0.687m and the dedicated schools grant revenue outturn overspend of £9.182m. They also approved capital slippage and additions.

The Council of Sutton Council refused the motion on 14/07/2025. The Council resolved to devise a report on Mill Green's condition and maintenance strategy, prioritise reinstating resources for adequate upkeep, develop a comprehensive maintenance plan, explore external funding, and agree to resume funding for the Conservators.

The Council approved the Scrutiny Committee Annual Report 2024/25 on 14/07/2025. The report was noted, and it was agreed that it would be submitted to a future meeting of the Council.

The Council of Sutton Council approved recommendations on 14/07/2025 regarding Parkinson's Awareness Day. The Council resolved to partner with Parkinson's UK to mark World Parkinson's Day, host an awareness event at the Civic Offices, promote the event, and encourage attendance from councillors and staff.
