Fareham Housing Tenant Engagement Strategy: Update

Irrecoverable Debts

The report proposes the approval of the write-off of certain debts more than £5,000 which are irrecoverable.   Appendix A to the report lists the debts that are considered irrecoverable.  Every effort has been made to recover the debts, and, in most cases, there is no further legal action that can be taken.

Vehicle Replacement Programme: Annual Review 2025

...to ensure a resilient and cost-effective fleet while reducing carbon emissions, the Executive endorsed a revised Vehicle Replacement Programme for 2026-2031, allocating £1,124,400 from the General Fund and £122,700 from the Housing Revenue Account for vehicle purchases in 2026/27, and supporting the use of HVO in seven additional vehicles.
