The committee granted delegated authority to approve an application for 30 dwellings in Mabe Burnthouse, subject to a deed of modification, and also granted outline planning permission for up to 140 dwellings in Penzance, subject to conditions and a Section 106 agreement. Additionally, the committee approved the demolition and construction of a replacement dwelling in Pendeen, and granted delegated authority to approve the use of an existing annexe as an independent home in Sancreed, subject to conditions.
