The meeting was scheduled to include a presentation of Letters Patent confirming the Grant of Livery to the Worshipful Company of Nurses. The Aldermen were also asked to assemble in the Long Parlour to robe in Scarlet gowns before the meeting.

They were also scheduled to consider applications for the Freedom of the City.

The Port Health & Environmental Services Committee was scheduled to discuss a range of topics, including food safety, environmental health, and risk management. The committee was also expected to consider the implementation of new regulations regarding single-use vapes and enhanced biodiversity duties. Additionally, members were to review and approve various service plans and appointments to sub-committees and outside bodies.

The Court of Common Council of the City of London Corporation was scheduled to meet on 22 May 2025. On the agenda was the consideration of resolutions from annual wardmotes, revisions to standing orders regarding property transaction thresholds, and appointments to various committees. Members were also expected to receive reports on the City of London Policing Plan 2025-28, urgent actions taken, and recent legislation.
