Health and Adult Social Care Scrutiny Panel - Thursday, 27th November, 2025 6.30 pm

The Housing and Neighbourhoods Scrutiny Panel was scheduled to discuss the council's approach to tackling anti-social behaviour, progress on the Rethinking Tenancy programme, and resident engagement in high-rise buildings. The meeting also included a review of future reports to be presented to the panel.
Council - Wednesday, 29th October, 2025 7.00 pm
The Council meeting on 29 October 2025 addressed several key issues, including a significant investment package to tackle fly-tipping, a review of licensing for homes in multiple occupation (HMOs), and measures to address the disruption caused by delivery bikes on Eltham High Street. Decisions were made to approve a comprehensive programme against fly-tipping, to establish legal clarity on member and resident involvement in HMO licensing, and to implement a multi-faceted approach to managing delivery bikes.
Licensing Committee - Tuesday, 21st October, 2025 6.30 pm
The Royal Borough of Greenwich Licensing Committee met to discuss the adoption of a revised Statement of Licensing Policy and to appoint members to Licensing Sub-Committees. The committee agreed to commend the revised Statement of Licensing Policy to the Full Council for approval and appointed members to serve on the Licensing Sub-Committees.
Overview and Scrutiny Committee - Thursday, 16th October, 2025 6.30 pm
The Overview and Scrutiny Committee met to discuss policing in the borough, and the strategic planning and management of Greenwich's parks. The committee noted the upcoming executive decisions set out in the Forward Plan, and agreed to pick up with Councillor Rachel Taggart-Ryan, Cabinet Member Community Safety and Enforcement, the need for more publicity about policing in the Greenwich comms and social media channels.
