Planning and Development Control Committee - Tuesday, 11th November, 2025 7.00 pm

The Planning and Development Control Committee of Hammersmith and Fulham Council met on 11 November 2025, and approved a variation to a prior planning permission, and the change of use and refurbishment of an existing building. Councillors also approved the redevelopment of an existing site, but added a new condition to prevent the commercial unit from being converted into additional residential units without planning permission.

Full Council - Wednesday, 22nd October, 2025 7.00 pm

The Hammersmith and Fulham Full Council met on Wednesday 22 October 2025, and discussed a range of issues including the Youth Justice Plan, playground improvements, and digital inclusion. Councillors also reviewed the constitution and members' allowances, and debated several special motions concerning primary schools, CCTV, parks, Black History Month, online hate speech, drugs in public spaces, and high streets.

The Planning and Development Control Committee of Hammersmith and Fulham Council met on 14 October 2025, and approved plans for developments at 230-236 North End Road and 88-90 Lillie Road, The Goose, 248 North End Road, 1A Durrell Road and rear of 720 Fulham Road, 38 Waterford Road, 87 Gayford Road, and 10 Oxford Gate, and 1 Caverswall Street.

Planning and Development Control Committee - Tuesday, 16th September, 2025 7.00 pm

The Hammersmith and Fulham Planning and Development Control Committee convened on 16 September 2025, addressing several key planning applications. The committee approved the redevelopment of part of the Tesco car park on Brook Green for residential use, and also approved the associated reconfiguration of the remaining car park. Additionally, the committee approved the redevelopment of the Live and Let Live pub on North End Road into flats. A decision on a planning application for 1A Durrell Road was withdrawn, and the committee voted to refuse a rear roof extension at 17 Bloom Park Road.

Pension Fund Committee - Tuesday, 9th September, 2025 7.00 pm

The Hammersmith and Fulham Pension Fund Committee was scheduled to meet on 9 September 2025 to discuss responsible investment, key performance indicators, and a proposal for investment in the Resonance Impact Evergreen Fund, among other items. The meeting was also set to cover updates on pension administration, annual benefit statements, and the draft annual pension fund report.
