FP2194 SIMPLER RECYCLING UPDATE

...to comply with Simpler Recycling legislation, the council agreed to a mobilisation plan for rolling out food waste recycling (Phase 1) and enhanced recycling at flats (Phase 2), delegated authority for purchasing a new recycling vehicle and completing the FCC Streetscene contract variation, and assigned responsibility for delivering the new waste collection services at flats.

FP2203 MATERIALS RECYCLING FACILITY PROCUREMENT

...to progress the Affordable Housing Programme, the Cabinet approved commencing contractor procurement for the Phase 3 garage sites at Haseldine Meadows and Lockley Crescent, approved budget virements including reallocation of funds from the Burfield development, acknowledged revisiting the Burfield development after the Howlands House redevelopment, and approved the disposal of the Hazel Grove Garage site.
