The Local Planning Committee of Greenwich Council met on Thursday 19 February 2026, discussing several planning applications. The Committee deferred their decision on the application by Mr Held for the change of use of 24 Lucknow Street in Plumstead to a five-bedroom small House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) with a maximum capacity of six people. The Committee approved an application by Ms I Cooke for the construction of a single storey rear extension at 43 The Slade in Plumstead. The Committee also approved an application by Plumstead Manor School to change the use of a car park at Plumstead Manor School to a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA).
