The Housing Management and Almshouses Sub (Community and Children's Services) Committee is scheduled to discuss updates to the anti-social behaviour policy, the closure of several legacy projects, and tenant satisfaction measures. They will also discuss updates on resident voice groups, fire safety, housing complaints, rent convergence, housing sustainability, and other housing matters. Some items, including a report on 36 Proctor House, Avondale Square Estate, and an accessibility programme progress report, are marked to be discussed in exclusion of the public.

Joint Consultative Committee - Wednesday, 26th November, 2025 2.00 pm

The Epping Forest and Commons Committee convened to discuss a range of topics related to the management and maintenance of Epping Forest and the Commons. Key decisions included approving the risk management updates for Burnham Beeches and Epping Forest, updating the roles of Epping Forest Constables and Authorised Officers, and approving the Epping Forest Care and Maintenance Agreements. The committee also discussed revenue and capital budgets for 2026/27 for both Burnham Beeches and Epping Forest.

Barbican Residential Committee - Monday, 17th November, 2025 1.45 pm

The Barbican Residential Committee was scheduled to discuss a governance review, service charges, and repairs and maintenance. Also on the agenda were reports from the Major Works Programme Board and the Reporting Committee, and an update on Blake Tower.

Community & Children's Services Committee - Monday, 10th November, 2025 1.45 pm

The Community & Children's Services Committee was scheduled to meet on Monday 10 November 2025 to discuss a range of issues, including refurbishment and upgrade works to the York Way Estate lift, lift lobby and stairwell, the Corporate Parenting Strategy 2025-2028, and an update on the Golden Lane Leisure Centre. The committee was also scheduled to endorse appointments to the allocated members scheme to the various housing estates.
