The main item for consideration was an application for the erection of a nine-storey building in West Ealing to be used as an apartment hotel. The committee was also expected to note site visit attendance.

The Licensing Sub-Committee of Ealing Council met on Monday 18 August 2025 to consider a temporary event notice (TEN) application for Milan Palace. The sub-committee was also scheduled to review panel procedure guidance. Councillors Tariq Mahmood, Sanjai Kohli and Munir Ahmed were the scheduled members of the committee.
