Young Peoples Supported Accommodation (YPSA) - Contract Extensions

...to delegate authority to the Director of Children's Services to extend the Young Peoples Supported Accommodation (YPSA) contracts for 18 months, from October 1st, 2025, to April 30th, 2027, with agreed variations including a reduced age limit for new referrals and some decommissioning of services.

Update on Process of Producing the Minerals and Waste Local Plan

... to align with the Levelling Up and Regeneration Act 2023, the Cabinet approved ending the current Minerals and Waste Local Plan preparation process and authorized starting a new one under the new plan-making process, delegating authority to the Director of Economy and Place to make necessary changes to the Minerals and Waste Development Scheme and conduct a review within six months if the Act's provisions are not yet in force.
