...to approve the minutes of the previous Licensing Committee meeting held on 11 February 2025 and the minutes of Licensing Sub-Committee B hearing held on 2 September 2024 as accurate records, and to recommend to Full Council that a Cumulative Impact Assessment (CIA) in respect of the area shown in the map (Shoreditch) at Appendix 3 be published, and that the area shown in the map (Dalston) at Appendix 4 be referred to in the Statement of Licensing (2023-2028) as a Special Consideration Policy Area (SCA), with exemptions for small restaurants.
