The Hammersmith and Fulham Full Council met on Wednesday 22 October 2025, and discussed a range of issues including the Youth Justice Plan, playground improvements, and digital inclusion. Councillors also reviewed the constitution and members' allowances, and debated several special motions concerning primary schools, CCTV, parks, Black History Month, online hate speech, drugs in public spaces, and high streets.
Full Council - Wednesday, 9th July, 2025 7.00 pm
The Hammersmith and Fulham Council Full Council meeting addressed topics ranging from local governance and finance to community and environmental concerns. The council welcomed Councillor Liam Downer-Sanderson, who was elected in the recent by-election, and also approved motions concerning the Macbeth Centre, free school breakfasts, climate change initiatives, and improvements to Uxbridge Road.

The Hammersmith and Fulham Council convened a special meeting to bestow the honour of Freedom of the Borough on the Coldstream Guards, recognising their distinguished military service. Councillor Stephen Cowan, Leader of the Council, formally moved the report and recommendations, which were then agreed upon by the council. Several councillors spoke in support of the motion, highlighting the Coldstream Guards' historical significance, their contributions to the community, and the sacrifices made by their members and families.
Annual meeting, Full Council - Wednesday, 21st May, 2025 7.00 pm
The Full Council of Hammersmith and Fulham was scheduled to meet on 21 May 2025 for its annual meeting. The agenda included the election of the Mayor, committee appointments, a review of the council's constitution, and a discussion on the redevelopment of Avonmore Primary School and building new homes. Cabinet - Monday, 12th May, 2025 7.00 pm
At the May 2025 Cabinet Meeting, Hammersmith and Fulham Council agreed in principle to a borough-wide prohibition on burning domestic and garden waste, approved a direct award for home care services, and agreed to a procurement strategy for electric vehicle infrastructure. The cabinet also approved the appropriation of land at the Hartopp and Lannoy site for a housing development.
