The Gloucestershire County Council Cabinet met to discuss the draft budget for 2026/27, performance and risk monitoring, and several contracts and framework agreements. The Cabinet approved the draft budget for consultation, noted the forecast underspend for the current financial year, and approved the extension or procurement of contracts related to waste management, children's services, and property maintenance.
