Minor Property Transactions - Academy Lease for Pinn River School, Eastcote

The CABINET of Hillingdon Council approved the granting of a 125-year lease for Pinn River School on 20/11/2025. The decision was to grant the lease on standard terms to the Eden Academy Trust, subject to Department for Education approval for the closure of Grangewood School and the opening of Pinn River. The lease arrangement allows the council to retain land ownership while enabling the school to operate independently.

Authority was delegated to the Director of Planning and Sustainable Growth to make minor modifications to the draft Plan before consultation launch.
