The Court of Common Council is scheduled to meet to discuss investment in social housing, award a contract for a sexual health programme, and consult on modifications to the City Plan 2040. The Finance Committee convened to discuss a range of financial matters, including approving the 2026/27 operational budget estimates, allocating funds from the International Disaster Fund, and addressing the financial challenges facing the Housing Revenue Account[^1]. The committee also reviewed the Integrated Facilities Management strategy and approved contingency funding for the Bury Street public inquiry.

Culture, Heritage and Libraries Committee - Monday, 8th December, 2025 11.00 am

The Culture, Heritage and Libraries Committee met to discuss the City Arts Initiative, the Sculpture in the City programme, the revenue outturn forecast, and Keats House. The committee approved two blue plaque proposals, rejected one, and deferred a decision on the Sculpture in the City programme pending further information. The committee also reviewed the revenue outturn forecast as at Quarter 2 2025/26.

Corporate Services Committee - Wednesday, 3rd December, 2025 1.45 pm

The Corporate Services Committee was scheduled to meet on 3 December 2025 to discuss a range of issues, including the Programme Sapphire update, the Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EEDI) Strategic Framework, and several staffing matters. The committee was also expected to approve minutes from previous meetings and address questions from members.

Projects and Procurement Sub-Committee - Tuesday, 18th November, 2025 3.45 pm

The Projects and Procurement Sub-Committee were scheduled to meet on 18 November 2025 to discuss an integrated facilities management strategy, review the sub-committee's terms of reference, and receive updates on a number of projects.
