...to be effective from April 1, 2027, the committee approved the proposed allotment fees and charges as set out in Appendix A, as well as the proposed environment services fees and charges as set out in Appendix A to be effective from the dates within the appendix or as soon as practical thereafter; they also decided to keep parking fees and permit charges unchanged for the 2026/27 financial year, increase the free period for Homewood Park to three hours, introduce recreational charging at additional open space car parks, approve the standardisation of a two-hour 'no return period' across all off-street car parks, request the Corporate Management Committee to approve a Capital estimate in the sum of £24,000 for the purchase of new Pay and Display machines for the open space car parks to be funded from the Car Parks Reserve, request the Corporate Management Committee to approve a supplementary revenue estimate in the sum of £3,000 for the associated signage and integration to the Ring-go payments system to be funded from the Car Parks Reserve, recommend to Corporate Management Committee the release of £200,000 from the Parking Reserve Fund for urgent maintenance at Woodlands, Chertsey, Chertsey Library, Chertsey, Memorial Gardens, Virginia Water, Hummer Road, Egham, and Waspe Farm, Egham, recommend to Corporate Management Committee the release of £5,000 for the installation of 3 cycle racks at Chertsey Rec, Chertsey, Chertsey Library, Chertsey, and Waspe Farm, Egham, approve beginning a procurement process for the services listed, note the revised strategy for the Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Project, moving from barrier-assisted to camera-assisted enforcement (CAE), and ask the Corporate Management Committee to approve a revised capital estimate in the sum of £110,00, down from £250,000 previously agreed, for the camera-assisted enforcement (CAE) scheme.
