To present the South Cambridgeshire Community Safety Partnership (CSP) combined Operational Plan and Communications Plan for 2025/26. As the accountable body for the CSP, the Council must have oversight of, and be in agreement with, the Plan.

2024/25 Provisional Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Outturn

To receive the HRA revenue and Capital outturn position for the financial year 2024/25 with Reserve balances as at 31 March 2025, and to agree proposed changes to the Capital Programme. Consideration of a Request for Community Asset Transfer of the Unity Centre, Northstowe

South Cambridgeshire District Council has received a request for Community Asset Transfer of the Unity Centre from Northstowe Town Council. The submission was received following an invitation made by South Cambridgeshire District Council to any eligible community-based organisation with a local connection to put forward a proposal to become the centre’s operator. This was prompted by receipt of an initial proposal (27 February 2025) from the Town Council, triggering the Community Asset Transfer process.
