Fire and Rescue Scrutiny Committee - Friday 9 January 2026 10.00 am

The Fire and Rescue Scrutiny Committee of Gloucestershire Council met on Friday 09 January 2026 to discuss the Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service's (GFRS) Service Plan within the context of the draft budget for 2026/27, and to consider the draft Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP) 2026-2030. The committee also received an update on Blue Light Collaboration and reviewed performance data for Quarter 2 of the 2025/26 financial year.

The Appeals Board of Gloucestershire Council is scheduled to meet to appoint a chairperson, review previous minutes and summaries, and to consider appeals regarding home to school transport charges. The board may also exclude the press and public from part of the meeting.

Appeals Board - Wednesday 19 November 2025 10.00 am

The Appeals Board met to consider appeals in respect of charges for assistance with home to school transport. Councillor Stuart Graham was appointed as Chairperson for the meeting. The board approved the public summary and exempt minutes of the meeting held on 17 October 2025.

Health Overview & Scrutiny Committee - Tuesday 18 November 2025 10.00 am

The Gloucestershire Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee met on 18 November 2025, receiving updates on the Integrated Urgent Care Service, the NHS Gloucestershire 5 Year Strategy, and the performance of the Gloucestershire Integrated Care System. The committee also discussed and agreed to note the proposed temporary service changes outlined in the Integrated Care Board report, while raising concerns about the potential for these changes to become permanent.
