Key decisions included the approval of new community sporting facilities at 177 Footscray Road, SE9 2SZ, a mixed-use residential development at Beresford Street and Macbean Street, SE18 6LW, and the conversion of commercial to residential units at 48-50 Artillery Place, Woolwich, SE18 4AB. Amendments to an existing planning permission for land bounded by Pettman Crescent, Nathan Way and Hadden Road, SE28, were also approved, alongside a new five-storey residential building at Penmon Road, SE2, 9PH.
