The Council meeting scheduled for Thursday, 26th February 2026, was set to cover a wide range of significant financial and strategic planning matters for the City of Doncaster. Key discussions were expected to revolve around the approval of the Corporate Plan for 2026/27, the Housing Revenue Account Budget for 2026/27 to 2029/30, and the Capital Strategy and Budget for 2026/27 to 2029/30. The meeting agenda indicated that discussions would focus on individual cases where the public and press might be excluded due to the nature of the information being discussed.

The Council meeting scheduled for Thursday, 22 January 2026, was set to discuss a refreshed City Borough Strategy, the Director of Public Health's annual report, and the proposed diary of meetings for the upcoming two years. Several other items were scheduled for discussion, including motions on IVF provision and support for local farmers, as well as questions from elected members on various council matters.

Children and Young People Overview and Scrutiny Panel - Thursday, 4th December, 2025 4.30 pm

The Children and Young People Overview and Scrutiny Panel were scheduled to meet to discuss education achievement outcomes for all key stages in 2025, as well as the overview and scrutiny work plan, and the council's forward plan of key decisions. The meeting was also scheduled to include a period for public statements.
