Farnham Board - Friday, 31 October 2025 10.00 am

The Farnham Board of Surrey Council met on Friday 31 October 2025. The board was scheduled receive an overview of progress made on various projects, and to discuss the future of the Brightwells Gostrey Centre project. They were also scheduled to discuss the Farnham Infrastructure Programme.

Cabinet - Tuesday, 28 October 2025 2.00 pm

The Surrey County Council cabinet met to discuss the government's reorganisation of local government in Surrey, which will see the county's 12 councils replaced with two unitary councils in April 2027, and to address a number of other issues including a petition against the booking system trial at Camberley and Lyne Recycling Centres, and the expansion of the Woodland School. The cabinet also approved an increase in the net revenue budget of £1.274.8 million due to additional public health funding.

Council - Tuesday, 14 October 2025 10.00 am

The meeting of Surrey Council included discussion of the Surrey Youth Justice Plan 2025/26, questions from councillors to cabinet members, and briefings from cabinet members. Councillors were also scheduled to discuss the minutes from previous meetings of the council and the cabinet.

Strategic Investment Board - Thursday, 25 September 2025 2.00 pm

The Strategic Investment Board met to discuss enhancements to the Shareholder Investment Panel governance and to review the performance of investment companies and properties for 2024/25. Councillors agreed to implement the recommendations for strengthening governance and noted the performance of the investment portfolio. Part of the meeting was then closed to the public to discuss financial data in more detail.

Cabinet - Tuesday, 23 September 2025 2.00 pm

The Surrey County Council cabinet met on 23 September 2025, and agreed to consult on ceasing the Twelve15 catering service, approved a youth justice plan, and discussed devolution and local government reorganisation. They also approved a school basic need strategy, and the reprovision of the Bookham Community Centre. Finally, they agreed to submit a bid for funding from Active Travel England[^2].
