1.      To seek approval to progress the schemes laid out in the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 Local Transport Programme. 2.      To accept and allocate the associated funding requirements to implement the Local Transport Programme from the Clean Air Zone (CAZ) contribution to local transport projects.
