...to comply with the new Awaab's Law regarding hazards in social housing, they replaced their existing Damp and Mould Policy with the legislative requirements outlined in the Hazards in Social Housing (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2025.

...the Cabinet noted the updated Medium-Term Financial Plan (MTFP) for 2026/27 to 2028/29, including the General Fund, Housing Revenue Account Budgets, and Capital Programmes, and discussed potential savings and growth items to inform the development of firmer budget proposals.
