Schedule 1 of the West Midlands Combined Authority (Functions and Amendment) Order 2017, Combined Authority Roads

...to consent to the submission of a proposal to the Secretary of State to amend the 2017 Order, removing Schedule 1 which designates specific roads as Combined Authority Roads, and to consent to the laying of the draft order once received from the Secretary of State, following a public consultation and the WMCA Board meeting.
