APP/2024/0938 - Full Planning Permission for Erection of Dwellinghouse at Land at Moorie Boarding Kennels, St Cyrus

From: Kincardine and Mearns Area Committee - Tuesday, 3rd September, 2024 9.30 am - September 03, 2024

Application recommended for refusal as it fails to meet the requirements for Policy R2 of LDP and Policy 17 of NPF4 as planning permission for an essential workers house has already been granted under APP/2007/2555 for which construction had already begun making this permission extant. As there is no justification for a third dwellinghouse to support the business, the previous consent implemented on site would require to be revoked should the applicant wish for the current proposal to be supported as an additional dwellinghouse for the purpose of an essential worker on site.
