...the Council of North Devon approved the recommendations from the Governance Committee meeting, which included noting reports on future-proofing the workforce, the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman letter, the half-yearly report of the Chair of the Governance Committee, an update on fraud investigations, exceptions to contract procedure rules, the external audit progress, the audit recommendation tracker, the work programme, and the corporate risk register, as well as approving the RIPA policy and recommending an update to the Constitution regarding delegated powers to the Harbour Board.
