conditionally with an extra condition added which
reads:-
 
(7) Hours of
Operation
 
That the building shall not be
occupied unless no noise generating activities take place that are
audible outwith the site boundary outside the following
hours:
 

·      
Monday to Friday 0700 hours to 1900 hours

·      
Saturday 0800 hours to 1300 hours
 
Reason: In the interests of
residential amenity.
 
It was also noted that the
following sentence was to be deleted from the reasons for
recommendation.   A condition
was to be applied requiring a scheme of water efficiency measures
to be agreed and implemented, in order for the development to
comply with Policy R6 (Low and Zero Carbon Buildings and Water
Efficiency) of the ALDP.
