The Education and Children's Services Committee resolved to request the Chief Officer - Children’s Social Work and Family Support share a presentation link with councillors, engage with the new Participation Officer on obtaining young people's views, and investigate engagement with elected members and The Promise Scotland. The committee also noted the findings of the Bright Spots Report, approved the High Level Promise Plan, and instructed the Chief Social Work Officer to provide a progress update within one year.
