The Finance and Resources Committee accepted the asset transfer request from the Bridge of Don Skatepark Development Group for a lease of ground in Westfield Park. The committee resolved to instruct the Chief Officer - Corporate Landlord to issue a decision letter accepting the request and the Chief Officer – Governance to conclude missives for the lease. This decision was made on 07 May 2025.
