The Finance and Resources Committee decided on 07/05/2025 to note an additional £400,000 allocation from the Scottish Government for Our Union Street. The committee approved payment of up to £400,000 to Union Street Partnership Ltd upon submission and approval of a delivery plan. Authority was delegated to the Chief Officer – City Development and Regeneration to review and approve the delivery plan and grant agreement, following consultation.
