The Council resolved to implement changes to meeting structures and procedures. These changes include time limits for speaking in debate, a new process for submitting and finalising motions and amendments for requisitioned meetings, and amendments to the Terms of Reference regarding procurement reporting. The Chief Officer - Governance was instructed to make necessary amendments to Standing Orders and other Scheme of Governance documents, and was delegated power to bring these into force.
