The Council resolved to submit the Evidence Report to Scottish Ministers and publish it online. The Council also resolved to refresh the Aberdeen Play Strategy 2018 to better emphasise the importance of play and refer draft objectives to the 2026/27 budget setting process. The Chief Officer - Strategic Place Planning was instructed to submit the Evidence Report and supporting documents to Scottish Ministers, publish the Evidence Report and other technical background documents online, respond to requests for further information during the Gate Check process, and make technical amendments to the submitted documents. The Chief Executive was instructed to refresh the Aberdeen Play Strategy 2018.
