The Committee
resolved:-

(i)            
to approve the Annual Assurance Statement (Appendix A) for
submission to the Scottish Housing Regulator by 31 October 2025;
 

(ii)           
to note the self-assessment against regulatory standards contained
in Appendix B; and

(iii)         
to note the work undertaken to address areas listed in the Housing
Regulator Engagement Plan (April 2025) to date.
