(i)       in relation to item 9
(Building Performance Criteria - Energy Efficiency) to instruct the
Chief Officer – Corporate Landlord to submit a report
following completion of the review of the Building Performance
Policy and that the item be moved under the to be confirmed (tbc)
section;
(ii)      to agree to remove item 42
(Annual Report – Northern Roads Collaboration Joint Committee
due it not meeting and the local authorities involved being unable
to support a committee at this time; and
(iii)      to otherwise note the
business planner.
