The Convener advised that she had a connection
in relation to agenda item 9.1 (Short Term Let (New Operator)
– Park Cottage , 201 Victoria Street) by virtue of her being
a Ward Member where the application is located and for knowing one
of the objectors. Having applied the objective test, she did not
consider that she had an interest and would not be withdrawing from
the meeting.
