The Council decided to note External Audit recommendations and continue with an elected member as Chair of the Governance Reference Group. The Council also approved the "Delegated Powers and Political Sensitivity - Guidance for Officers" with effect from 1 April 2026. The Chief Officer - Governance will review the guidance in parallel with future reviews of the Scheme of Governance after the 2027 Council Election.
