(i)            
to note the reason for the delay with regard to item 13
(Drug-checking Pilot), and that the item would now be reported to
the Council meeting on 1 July 2026;
(ii)          
to note that the Executive Director of Corporate Services would
liaise with Councillor Boulton regarding briefings on the City
Centre and Beach Masterplans and that updates could be provided by
the appropriate officers upon request; and
(iii)         
to otherwise note the business planner.
