The Integration Joint Board noted the minute of the Clinical and Care Governance Committee of 16 December 2025 on 03 February 2026. The Clinical and Care Governance Committee approved the minute of its previous meeting, noted its Business Planner, and approved recommendations regarding the CCG Group Monitoring Report. The Committee also approved recommendations for the Reduced Working Week report and endorsed the new Transitions Pathway, instructing the Chief Officer to develop an assurance plan for the Learning Disability Social Work service. Finally, the Committee approved the recommendation regarding the Justice Social Work Service Community Payback Order Annual Report 2024-25.
