The Staff Governance Committee of Aberdeen City Council decided on 02 February 2026 to note updates on the Bairns Hoose progress, staffing model, and ongoing evaluation. The Chief Officer – Children’s Social Work and Family Support was instructed to provide a service update to the Education and Children's Services Committee in June 2026. A walkthrough video of the Bairns Hoose will be circulated when available.
