Decision

(i)              in relation to article 5, resolution (ii) to note that the Interim Chief Executive would ensure the information requested was circulated to members;

(ii)             in relation to article 13, paragraph 3, to note that the Executive Director of City Regeneration and Environment would request for an update to be provided to members; and

(iii)           to otherwise approve the minute as an accurate record.
