Decision

(i)       approve a fare tariff with a 5% increase for publication;

(ii)      instruct the Chief Officer – Governance to publish the proposed new tariff in a newspaper circulating in its area stating that representations may be made no later than 1 month from the date of publication; and

(iii)      instruct the Chief Officer – Governance to report any representations received back to Committee on 28 October 2026 or to implement the new fare tariff in the event that no representations are received.
