(i) in relation to page 242 of the agenda, to request that the Chief Officer – Housing report back to Councillor van Sweeden once information had been received from SCARF in regards to the off-gas focus limiting funding opportunities in Aberdeen;
(ii) to note the contents of this report and the progress made towards the strategic priority areas of the Aberdeen City Local Housing Strategy 2025-2030, as detailed in Appendix 1: Delivery Plan Progress 2025/26;
(iii) and to approve the Delivery Plan for 2026/27 at Appendix 2.
