Decision

(i)            to review the draft Budget Savings Oversight Group (BSOG) template in the Appendix and provide any comments on the draft template;

(ii)          to note that they had provided comment on the draft template to include sufficient narrative on each saving, budget gaps, mitigations, risk responses, and quantified recurring savings;

(iii)         to agree that the draft BSOG template provided sufficient assurance that the BSOG had strong governance arrangements in place to manage the budget effectively and maintain long-term financial sustainability; and

(iv)         to note that the figures in the Appendix were for illustrative purposes only.
